Need an Actual Document?
If you are trying to get your hands on an official record, reach out to the right government office:
- Divorce and family court filings: Contact the Court Clerk in the county where the case was filed
- Divorce certificates: Request from the Oklahoma State Department of Health, Vital Records Division
- Property and deed records: Reach the County Clerk or County Assessor in the county where the property sits
- Birth, death, and marriage certificates: Order through the Oklahoma State Department of Health at (405) 426-8600
- Criminal background checks: Submit a request through the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI)
